Stabilid Cape utilizes a Quality Control Sign off system – from the foreman to the Contracts Manager, all have a roll to ensure Quality is met timeously.

Information Required schedules and Long Leads Schedules are prepared to detail – These are then discussed and agreed with Professional Team at works commencement.
Critical path determined for the works and reported on in the fortnightly Contractors Report.
Health & Safety of all site and office staff and Site Safety is critically important to Stabilid Cape Management.
Full assessments and Health and Safety plans are drawn up and distributed to Principal Agent / H&S Agent for approval at commencement.
Weekly Audits are done by inhouse Health and Safety representatives and verified by external consultants to ensure we maintain our current impressive track record.
